Words can't describe how honest, transparent, friendly, courteous, and professional Ashley Rosario and Albert Nkansa were. The service I received from Ashley and Albert far exceeded the service I received courteous, and professional Ashley Rosario and Albert Nkansa were. The service I received from Ashley and Albert far exceeded the service I received from even being a part of the BMW Ultimate Benefits for 7 Series customers. Furthermore, it is great that they both treat every customer equally. I had a unique situation but Ashley and Albert went above and beyond to work everything out. During the process they were very responsive via phone calls and texts and made the whole process so much easier and hassle free. Not only would I recommend Ashley and Albert but they truly bring candor and honesty to Bell Audi. More

Very responsive; original complaint was moldy odor. They figured out it was due to a filter that was clogged. Also some collection of water.
