Purchasing another vehicle I was greeted by Jeanie Cottrell as I walked into the showroom. She was super sweet and friendly. I already knew the vehicle I wanted to purchase and I was greeted by Jeanie Cottrell as I walked into the showroom. She was super sweet and friendly. I already knew the vehicle I wanted to purchase and we got right to it. She showed me the vehicles that I was interested in because I did not want to see any other than the impala I wanted. We took it for test drive and she very knowledgeable about the car. In the end she gave me her business card and her personal cellphone number and said I could call her with any and all questions I may have. I'm glad I was taken care for by a female, to me they seem less pushy. (personal opinion) More

Great Deal! I went in with my father so he could check out the cash for clunker deal. I ended up trading in my truck for a new one. Jeanie and Amanda were great. We went from one step to another, and Amanda North helped us check out financing, rebates, credit scores, etc. Because of the seamless process and how comfortable I was, we ended up leaving with a new Chevy Colorado, and they took my Nissan Frontier in a fair trade. No pressure When I first visited the dealership I test drove a car and told the rep that I would not be interested in making a purchase until January. Instead of hounding me (like every other dealership), the sales rep Adrien, emailed me just to let me know that the dealership was offering 20% off for this month, while still acknowledging that I wasn't really interested until January. But boy am I glad he did email me because the savings was well worth getting the car early. Great dealership, and I hope to be a return customer next time I need a new car. More
