Smooth Transaction Went to see a used Ram 1500 that we found on line. The dealership notified us to make an appointment the next day. When we arrived we were greeted po Went to see a used Ram 1500 that we found on line. The dealership notified us to make an appointment the next day. When we arrived we were greeted politely and led to our salesman Alan. Alan immediately located the truck and had it ready for a test drive.. The negotiations were fair but still had to hear the “dealer Mumbo jumbo” about lowest price etc. Once the deal was done, the car was ready and things were explained. I stopped in that particular day to have some work done on my former car and received “bad news”. I decided to look for a replacement car on the lot when “Wild Bill” approached me and asked “what was I interested in/could he help me?. We talked as well explained my dilemma to him, he showed me my “new car “ a Chevy Trax which I’m very happy with. We test drove it and I fell off n love with the car. “wild Bill” is an amazing salesman, he is truly concerned about you as the customer. We discussed many options, like what I would be comfortable spending along with my personal bills, how many people in my immediate family that will ride to n a daily basis, etc. , we discussed my everyday travels and responsibilities and how much driving I do on a daily basis etc., what the car would be used for etc. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and Bill made the process fun as I was a little apprehensive because I was by myself. He sense of humor is dry but very funny and relaxed, I really enjoyed the whole process. He really comes across as someone you as the consumer can trust and I really appreciate him. After viewing a few of their 2018 leftovers and testdriving one that had some of the nececitys for me John was able to tell that one specific truck we drove wasnt for me he was able to show me a better option he thought I would like and man does he know how to pick them.John was able to get me set up in a 2018 Silverado 1500 crew cab will all the options but one of my down right needs a proper tow hitch after looking it over he was able to get the parts department in on it and set up my new truck with the hitch I needed ontop of it.Great salesmen and an awesome guy will definatly send anyone I know who wants a new vehicle or even used to him great experience for me.
