At Bennett we begin your sales experience with our “Never Pay Retail” policy. We know there are plenty of dealers that begin their negotiations at MSRP or above. We believe in showing you the actual factory invoice because we believe a “Full Disclosure” approach provides you with the honesty and integrity that you deserve. We never use a second inflated sticker for items such as stripes or door edge guards just to create false discounts. Bennett's Non Commissioned sales team will show you the factory invoice to show you GM MSRP, the genuine invoice price, and we show you what a GM Supplier Employee would pay. We then use the GM Supplier Price, creating a price that no other dealer would even consider. Our friendly staff saves you hours by eliminating the back and forth process found in most other dealerships. At Bennett, even vehicles like the Corvette Stingrays are priced below MSRP. We would never allow you to pay an additional mark-up just because the vehicle is high demand.

Adrien walked over to our car as we were driving through, he was asked if he could help us and he stood, leaning over in the rain to talk to us through our car. He showed us different styles of the vehicle that we were interested in. He spent over 4 hours with us on our first visit. Great experience I stopped at Bennett Chevy to just check out the 2018 Trax. I was approached by salesman Alan and we checked out the cars. Very Satisfied BUT disappointed I found the dealership offer(s) to be as advertised. Bill Smith was true to his word about how their pricing and system worked and was different than I found the dealership offer(s) to be as advertised. Bill Smith was true to his word about how their pricing and system worked and was different than other dealerships. Mark Hendricks (?), the sales manager and numbers guy, was quick to provide numbers and to adjust them based on trade-in offers (Kelly Blue Book and Carvana) and incentives offered by other Chevy dealerships. Mark and Bill went out of their way to identify nd include in their final numbers all applicable discounts. It looks like we would have been able to complete a deal had they had a 1.5 L, FWD LT Equinox in one of my top two colors on site. Thanks to Mark and Bill for their time and effort. Overall it was about a 2 hour non-stressful visit. More
