Jeannie and Mark were especially friendly and patient during the entire experience - laying out all the options of a lease vs. a purchse, and providing honest answers to the many questions I had. I sincerely had the feeling that the employees I dealt with at Bennett were not just trying to sell me a car, but they also trying to insure that, if I bought this vehicle, I would be a satisfied customer, as well. This was my first purchase at Bennett, and based upon my personal experiences, I can think of no reasons why I would not recommend them to others. More

Even though I had my parents with me, I was still very nervous about getting a car, and Rebecca was very encouraging and answered any questions that I or my parents had. She even stayed after her shift had ended to make sure that I was happy with my Spark and left the dealership feeling totally satisfied. Justin Bird is the sales associate who I and my parents discussed my warranty with. Although I chose not to get an extended warranty, I appreciated all the information Justin presented me. He was very understanding of my status as a recent college graduate and first-time car owner. He was concise and cordial and also helped make me feel at ease. I also spoke briefly with the management, Mark Hendricks. He congratulated my on my brand new car and shook my hand, which made me feel very welcome. Overall I had a fantastic experience at Bennett Chevrolet and will happily recommend them! More
