Shawn, Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. I apologize that you feel this way, and based off of the conversation that you had with Evan, he did his best to give you all the pricing and everything you are looking for upfront. Our pricing is offered in a retail to retail transaction when it comes to cash for clunkers. I am assuming your car is not truly worth $7000, but despite that, your ending price after your clunker was right in line if not better than what you had found online. In the event that you would rather look to buy my vehicle for a wholesale number, that price is also clearly listed on our website. By using that heavily discounted price, I can then offer you what your trade is really worth. Whatever way you would like to work it, we would be happy too. I do not believe there was or is anything said that was "dishonest," if anything it sounds as if we gave you all the information that you were looking for. I apologize that this does not work for you. If you find another way to work the numbers so that they are up to your satisfaction, we would be happy to do it that way.

Shawn, I once again apologize for the confusion. Evan did everything in his power to make sure that you had every bit of information you were looking for up front. I apologize if the deal did not make sense for you and that you found a beautiful vehicle that meets your family needs. Unfortunately, the issue here seems to be that you had quite a bit of negative equity. We were not selling you that negative equity or stacking it on top, but rather giving you retail market value for your trade, however, you owed more than that value. We are required to pay off the old loan in that scenario, so we have no choice but to roll that money into the new loan. I once again understand that what we had to offer did not work for you, but it does appear we made every attempt to inform you of what we could do to help you so that you could make an informed decision that worked for you and your family. If you would like to discuss further on the phone so I can break it down for you a little better, I would be happy to so that you can know for the future. Thanks again for the feedback.
