I have always loved and wanted the 2017 Camaro so my husband and I sat down with Andy Strijker and started looking for the car of my dreams. He found it! Andy was so knowledgeable and adept at fine tuning the search for my car. It took no time at all for him to find the perfect car I had been dreaming about. Everything was fluid from the search to the financing to the delivery. Thank you so much Andy and the Bennett team! More

I went to a different Chevy dealer the day before I went to Bennett and the differences were night and day. My salesman Mark Rowe was very helpful in explaining how the pricing worked and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I will continue to buy cars in the future from Bennett as the whole team there was A+. Thanks Mark for the great experience and I am loving my new Chevy. More

I was very nervous and unsure about not just buying a car but what type of car. She very quickly put my mind and ease and told me to think positive thoughts only. She listened to my concerns anf answered all questions I had. By the time she finished her wonderful (Professional) charm I left driving a 2018 chevy equinox the first sold off of Bennett's lot that day. She is such a positive person and when you are spending money that helps. I will highly recommend her to everyone and anyone that needs a car. Thank You Pernell Cruzado More

He was able to answer any questions I has on each model. The lady who handled our financing was also very professional and friendly. The price and the financing where exactly what I was aiming for. I'm a :GM" guy and have bought 2 new and 1 used cars from Kerbeck in the past, but found Bennett to be a much better dealership and will be using them going forward!! More
Beware of the Cash for Clunkers program As I suspected when calling ( with good faith in purchasing a vehicle today ), the cash for clunkers program is a scam. I spoke with Evan, who gave me As I suspected when calling ( with good faith in purchasing a vehicle today ), the cash for clunkers program is a scam. I spoke with Evan, who gave me canned responses for everything and when I questioned the program more deeply, he told me "he wasn't going to go back and forth on the phone with me". Here is what it comes down to; Their pre-owned pricing is way over priced, i searched NADA,KBB, and Edmonds for many of the cars on their website to compare. The values represented on their site as the "After Clunker" price is more in line with low-mid KBB/NADA and and when i mentioned that he said, " well, did you check the other pricing sites"? No, I didn't because they aren't the standard. KBB gave a particular vehicle, a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox LT with 17,000 miles, a fair market range of $16,621-$18,772 priced with all of the options listed on their site, and gave a "Certified" price of $18,772. They have this particular vehicle's "After Clunker" price as $16,985, in line with a fair price as shown by KBB. Fair enough. But your clunker trade doesn't come off of a fair market price, it comes off of a severely inflated "Suggested Price", in this case $23,985 ($5,000 more than is marginally fair). Almost identical vehicles on other dealer websites range from $16,998 to ~$20,000 certified. When I finally was able to weed through Evan's BS, I was able to ascertain that in the event that you have negative equity in your current vehicle, they would add that to the "Suggested Price", not the "Clunker" price. To be clear, that means that you take that $23,985 and add your negative equity to that, even though they say they "Guarantee $7,000 for your trade", and at that Evan said " Well, we put in about $2800 in every vehicle, that's not my number, that's GM's average number", but Evan, that money you put in to the vehicle is why a Dealer price is higher than a private party price, and its also why you are able to sell the vehicle as "Certified" ( Which considering that the Cerified price is fair at ~19,000, already accounts for that $2,800, he acted like KBB and NADA don't already take those costs into account ) which given the ratings that Bennett gets for their service department should be a moot point anyway. I was fully willing to go in there and "eat" $4000 of my trade in and add that to a fair price, even the internet price ( which is $1000 more than the clunker price ), and even the fair "Certified" price ( Even with my negative equity added to a fair certified price, I would still be below their "Suggested Price", where do they get these prices from? But what is being sold here is a slight of hand to make you think you are getting a good deal when in actuality it is a sneaky way for them to sell ( Evan said they get mostly auction vehicles, so they don't "rely" on your trade ) their auction pre-owned vehicles at a much higher price than they would be able to if they were honest about their prices ( They wouldn't get any customers ) They are also tricking you into giving them your vehicles for nothing. To be clear, as I've read on this site ( Dealerrater ), their typical response is "You expect us to take your negative equity off of the "Clunker Price"... no that is not what I am saying here, I'm at agreement that even though its still dishonest to say " get $7,000 minimum " for your trade, I'm not naïve enough to think that with negative equity I would still get the "Clunker Price", I also don't see how anyone could be so stupid to let them add their negative equity to the "Suggested Price" when that price is already insanely higher than even Edmonds ( where Evan said to check ). To note: Evan was very heavy on the " I don't make commission", and we are a "Volume" dealership... both are dishonest car salesman terms, as was pretty much everything else out of his mouth. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place! *Edit after response from Bennett - "I do not believe that anything was dishonest"... except for your entire marketing scheme. Evan did everything he could to avoid disclosing that not only would you not be giving $7,000 for a trade ( Your commercials say its a guaranteed amount. ) but that you would ALSO be rolling negative equity into the loan on top of the suggested price ( not the lower clunker price ). " "Based on what you have stated, you weren't able to find a better price online"... not only did I NOT say that, but in fact just about everywhere i looked had better prices than you when you don't factor in the "clunker" money, and even then, your prices were still higher than about 50% of dealerships before you sneak in that "suggested price". We got a 2014 GMC Terrain SLE2 with 30,000 miles on it fully loaded with nav, leather, sunroof, etc for $17,988 less than your after clunker price on equivalent vehicles at the time I wrote the review initially. Again, this isn't ABOUT PRICE, this is about the fact that while your dealership claims to give $7,000 for any trade, "guaranteed", what you are actually doing is not paying anything for trades and adding negative equity to your GROSSLY inflated "Suggested Price", which is not in line with any suggested price you can find anywhere... at all. Thanks for the canned response! More
