Customer service the way it's supposed to be I've been a customer since 1986. I've had very good experience on the sale and service sides, BB has really great people in all the customer facing ro I've been a customer since 1986. Notably I blew a tire on a Friday morning, I drove to BB they loaned me a car and a short while later I picked up my car with a new tire, Chris Huling took care of all the details with the insurance claim, it was an easy friction-less visit EXACTLY how it's supposed to be. On Monday of the following week I hit another pothole on the TPK and destroyed another tire,this time however it was mere minutes from the 7:00 pm closing time, loaners were locked up somewhere and everyone was headed for the exits after a long day, nonetheless Chris Iseman and Chris Huling waited for me by the service entrance, escorted me and my shredded tire into the reception area, procured a loaner and sent me on my way....only fifteen minutes late for an important dinner in Ft Lee. Next day I picked up my car with another new tire, Chris Iseman took care of everything perfectly. If you want to know what great customer service is go ask Messers.
