Tim Torrel Service Adviser is a Professional, courteous and experienced Adviser. Due to the accident resulting in flat rear-tire, it was easy to contact BB front desk, Tim T would respond promptly to my VM. To change the tire, it did take 2 days to order since it was not in stock (recommendation to all to call in advance make sure the tire is in stock - I have AMG vehicle therefore it was a special order) It did take at hour as it was promised for my service, even offered to wash the vehicle after. Great Service ! More

Terrible service. The car failed just in three months after $3,000 service. They are not accountable for their own service, and won’t give you the courtesy of diagnosing the failure. I spoke with Chris Iseman, who was extremely rude, would not hear had to say, kept disrespectfully interrupting me with “ hold on!!”, and hung up on me when I asked him not to interrupt me. Horrible. Will look for other places to service my Mercedes or buy a new one. More
