Drove immediately to my dealer and had the pleasure of meeting Chris after the front desk fumbled around awhile. He was exceptionally nice and was aware of my busy day ahead. He moved everything along nicely, got my car washed and I think I paid a fair price for the new tire. I miss Bob Berg who was my previous expert but I'll happily work with Chris anytime! He's a terrific young man. More
