During the inspection, pointed out small things that may need attention, but what stood out was something that had "failed" on the inspection, Toe on a rear wheel and told me it was something that was marginally out from nominal, made me aware of it, and told me that it should not be a concern rather than trying to upsell me on getting a full alignment. Extremely impressed and would recommend. During the time I was there, I looked around the show room and the sales staff was receptive and did not immediately leave when I told them that I wasn't purchasing right now, but in the next 6 months to a year.
