Little did he know I come from a service advisor background of 8 years and the only reason I purchased a Chevy was that I know that I'm able to work on them my self once it is out of warranty. My AC wasn't working. Every single person from Greg in finance tried to brush me under the rug. He tried to tell me that it doesn't work unless its 65 degrees outside. BULL. I should have been able to have cool air while driving not HOT AIR. So Adam in Service pulled my vehicle in, I also had a weather strip that was missing off my roof. He Immediately changed his demeanor once he felt my Heat/AC issue and that is was wrong! My weather strip was missing, which I thought it was loose when I orig. made my appointment. I was put into a Loaner, which they gave me a HUGE vehicle that was too big for me and it reeked of moldy bread or beer! Even the Car rental guy said something and check the entire vehicle for "bread" he said. Gross! They also gave me mileage limits of 100 miles when it was 120 just to get there an back. Ridiculous. After leaving at 10 am. I did not hear anything from service the rest of the day. The following day I waited until 10 am, and then I called Adam. He said they did order my Weatherstrip and it did come in and that he hadn't spoken with the tech about my ac but he was working on it and that I should hear something by noon. Adam did call around 11 am ish. told me my vehicle was done and then I told him to send it over to MJ for my cosmetic issues and the gas. MJ had the vehicle buffed but no gas was put into my vehicle. My radio settings were messed with, BASS and TREBLE were up all the way. Found where they took my dash apart and you can see the screwdriver marks or whatever they pride my dash apart with! SO THANKS BERGER FOR RUINING MY DASH! I'm just fed up with them I'm not returning. When I did bring the car back that was my Loaner, the rental car guy was rude and tried to tell me I parked to close to the curb and damaged the bumper. He then pulled it into the service lane to look at it better, and it was FINE! THAT'S WHAT YALL GET FOR PUTTING SOMEONE WHO IS 5'3 IN A HUGE xxx VEHICLE. The dealership knows I'm upset and hasn't done anything to make it right. More

Jorge was great from the start and got me right into the car I was looking to purchase. He was very easy to work with and got every question I had answered. Doug worked with me on my trade and helped me get the best deal possible- I got exactly what I needed and the other dealerships I went to couldn’t beat Berger. Cathy was also great and helped me get a solid warranty and even referred me to someone to help me lower my insurance cost. They definitely treated me like family and had my best interest in mind the whole time- I never felt pressured! I’m loving my new 2018 Chevy Malibu LT and the Redline edition is amazing! I got such an awesome deal and I couldn’t be happier! More

She did everything in her power to make the experience stress free and exciting. My dad lives an hour and a half away and had to co-sign on my lease and they drove the paperwork to his work so he would not have to come to Grand Rapids. Very pleasing experience Our salesman, Nick Butler was an awesome person to deal with. We spoke on the phone in the morning and then made the 2 hour drive to Berger Chevrolet. Nick met us upon arriving and basically had us sold on the year newer Equinox after talking with us. He made this purchase for us a most enjoyable one. We were very surprised that they let us bring the vehicle back to Manistee the same day. We had looked at a few dealerships before Berger, and we are very impressed with this dealership and the young men who assisted us. Very Happy with our purchase. More
