What I didn't get: was a clear understanding of the detail package, and the follow through of "Don't worry about it" regarding transferring and renewing the plates for the car I bought. This, while yes my first time buying a car from someone not family, felt like a very bland experience, and given the few things I can nitpick of "You'd think a sales rep would go the one extra step and do [blank]" is why I will not give more than three stars for this sales rep or the whole process. Although the other gent, the one that helped with the detailing / one day rent-a-car, he was good. I just cannot remember any feature or his name to pick him out. More

Great service! I bought my Malibu 6 yrs ago from Berger and traded it in this past weekend for a Terrain. I love it! It's exactly what I wanted. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I would NOT recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from Berger. The salesman I worked with treated me with disrespect and offered no help. All I needed was I would NOT recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from Berger. The salesman I worked with treated me with disrespect and offered no help. All I needed was to turn my lease in, which takes less than 5 minuets, and all Jeremey would do is make up any excuse not to help me. His first question he asked me was if I was there to buy a vehicle, which wasn’t even directed at me, it was directed at the receptionist because he didnt even greet me (like any good salesman should) when you lease a GM vehicle, you can turn it into any GM authorized dealership, I know this because I used to work at a GM dealership. His excuse was that he didn’t have any room to store my vehicle, and tired pawning me off to any other dealership. Now if he really didn’t have room to store my vehicle there’s still something he could have done, or at lease tried to do. I bet if I were there to buy a new car he would have all the room in the world to store my car. I was not there to buy a car today, however I will need to buy a car in the future and I will not be buying it from this dealership nor will I recommend anyone to conduct business here. All because of one bad apple. More
