Wrong weight oil put in during oil change I brought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in for a scheduled oil change. After picking up my Jeep from the service department I noticed the sticker in the wi I brought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in for a scheduled oil change. After picking up my Jeep from the service department I noticed the sticker in the window had a conventional oil weight 5W30 on it, my Jeep takes synthetic blend 0W20. When I called to question it I was told that it was okay because when synthetic isn’t available that’s the correct substitute for it. FYI THEY ARE WRONG!! The substitute is 5W20 conventional oil. So regardless the incorrect oil was added whatever way you look at it. But the 4 cylinder is synthetic only, and it says it right on the oil cap. After a few phone calls I was able to get back in for another oil change to the correct oil weight, but at a loss of time, when other things have been planned during that time. Long story short I wouldn’t trust these so called “Service Advisers” to find the correct tube size for a bicycle. More

Fell short with the little things Brought in vehicle per OnStar notification for service at an 8AM appointment. Quick and friendly check in process and put in a loaner vehicle. Simple sensor repair that seemingly corrected the issue. The shortcomings of my experience - Despite having the 8AM appointment, I did not receive a status update until I called the shop around 1PM. Even then, they were not able to give me an estimate. The bulk of my frustrations come from needing to work with the service rep that checked me in exclusively. I came back to the shop to grab my garage door opener and had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to grab it for me. My rep was busy on the phone and did his best to get someone to help while others stood around not looking busy. This went further when I picked up my car the next day. Again, I needed to wait on the specific service rep and had to wait 30 minutes as he was with other customers. And again, I waited while other reps seemed to not be with any customers themselves. I can't imagine that my service information is not in the computer system, allowing anyone to help me out. More
