My regular service consultant Adam, was helping another customer,when I arrived, I brought my 2018 Equinox in for service after a recall notification. I finished up with Adam and then saw another rep for a loaner car. I was in and out in 20 minutes or less. I really appreciate the efficiency. The repair work on my car was completed in a few hours.
