Phoned the next day, told him the car I wanted, went back that evening, signed papers and drove my new car home. There was no pressure, no sitting around for hours, none of the "what will it take to get you into a new car today" or "I have to talk to my manager about the price", etc. It was a straightforward, simple transaction. She suggested we pick one for a drive after explaining the differences in models. Following our test drive we came in sat down with her and reviewed our options.
