Second Time Around and Still A Charm! This is the second time that my husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Both times we just came in to look and went to other dealershi This is the second time that my husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Both times we just came in to look and went to other dealerships to see what they had to offer. Each time we came back to Bettenhausen because we liked that while they welcomed you in, they didn't overwhelm you with "sales pitches" and try to force you to purchase something right then. This was our first time meeting with Hamzeh and appreciated his knowledge of the different vehicles and the features each had to offer. I especially appreciated his patience with me while I was trying to determine what would fit me best. I never felt rushed or pressured into choosing a vehicle. When we initially came in we said he were looking and we would be going other places after our visit to them. When we asked to test drive two vehicles, he didn't went over each with us, highlighting their features and then brought both out for us to test drive. After the test drive he asked how we liked them and then gave use his card, told us to feel free to contact him and wished us well in our search. We appreciated that he didn't waste our time trying to convince us why we should purchase with them, but instead respected our wishes and gave us great customer service. This was ultimately why we decided after viewing all the vehicles in different dealerships to come back to Bettenhausen. They provide top of the line products with top of the line service. Hamzeh even went above expectations with comparing both vehicles that I was choosing between, by letting me test drive them again, showing me the difference financially and patiently waiting while I decided which would best fit my needs. When we are looking to upgrade our vehicles again Bettenhausen will be our first stop and if Hamzeh is still there we will definitely look forward to working with him again. We highly recommend Hamzeh and this dealership. More

After going to the 2 relevant dealers near our house and having a lack luster experience and limited selection, we were referred to Nick Pattenaude at Bettenhausen by a good friend who purchased last year. We went there without an appointment and with a small window before closing time and were received by multiple employees with calm and courteousness. Our small wait times in between pulling test drives around, financing paperwork, and making the final decision were offered comfortable seating, refreshments, and no pressuring sales tactics. This was my first time buying from a dealership and I was very cynical, the experience we received with Nick along with great pricing is what made us buy that night and drive away very happy. More
