After a very frustrating car search experience I randomly ended up driving past Bettenhausen one day and called to find out more, was able to connect After a very frustrating car search experience I randomly ended up driving past Bettenhausen one day and called to find out more, was able to connect with Hamzeh who was so helpful and really encouraged me to come in and see a Jeep he had on the lot. From the moment I walked in the doors, it felt very welcoming and not like anyone was trying to play games with me to make a sale. Hamzeh is the definition of great customer service, he was so informative and transparent during the entire process and ended up assisting me to close the deal on my dream car. Above and beyond the day of our purchase when I needed to come in for a service item that was arranged through the sale, Hamzeh was STILL there to help me ensure everything went smoothly even though he had already made the sale.
