He was extremely knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and quick to get our deal done. Last month, we were looking to buy a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We had had such a positive experience working with Casey before, so we contacted him again to help us. He typically works at Chrysler Dodge Ram, but was able to come down and help us at Jeep. Once again, he helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend the Bettenhausen dealership and specifically Casey Dugan. More

Good Selection, Good Pricing, Good People Great pricing on the vehicle! Staff very friendly. Gave us the highest price for our trade in the Chicago land area. Had a problem with the vehicle we Great pricing on the vehicle! Staff very friendly. Gave us the highest price for our trade in the Chicago land area. Had a problem with the vehicle we purchased and had to have it fixed after we purchased. Reasons for the -1 star is I had to pay $41 out of pocket to drive my 125 point inspected vehicle that had a problem back to the dealership and if it wasn't a federal holiday would have had to taken off a day from work. Also this is an all dealership issue with the amount of time it takes even after you have decided to purchase the vehicle. They did give me a "loaner" vehicle to drive home while they fixed ours and drove our vehicle back to us 2 hours away so that was very nice of them. Would absolutely consider buying from them again in the future! More
