New Dodge Journey Jenna was a great sales person to work with. She took the time to show me not only the Journey but a new Jeep as well. She was great explaining th Jenna was a great sales person to work with. She took the time to show me not only the Journey but a new Jeep as well. She was great explaining the different features on each of the vehicles in great detail. She made sure that I understand the terms of the different payment options and was very good at explaining all the ins and outs. Jenna went above and beyond what have experienced in the car buying process, It was a breath of fresh air not to be pressured. I actually visited the dealership a week earlier and found what I was looking for. Jenna kept in touch with my via email. I am a very happy Bettenhausen customer.
