Ours discovered he quoted our selection as as a prior year model. End result is we had to accept a $20 month increase in our monthly cost. That's a let down. More

He was clear at explaining my options for leasing either a 2019 CR-V LX or a 2018 CR-V EX. Lennon Askew drew up the paperwork and I was driving a new car off the lot in a matter of 4-5 hours. Painless process Called Monday morning and notified Mike Vogt that I would be driving up from Pittsburgh and arriving mid afternoon to see a 2016 CPO accord. The car was warmed up and available for inspection just outside the sales office. Went on a test drive and upon return to the dealership we started paperwork. Financing was quick and we talked about different options. After finalizing that paperwork the car was detailed and I was able to enjoy my ride home in a shiny new (to me) car. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and never felt any pressure to make a decision. I would highly recommend working with Mike Vogt and the rest of his team at Bianchi.
