They had a 2018 Rav4 ready to go that was perfect for me! As usual, everyone I dealt with was very pleasant, considerate, and helpful. I thank Steven for going out of his way to explain all the features and new-to-me technology. He even synched my phone to the car, entered my address in the GPS, and basically gave me, a luddite senior citizen, modern driving lessons .
