When you see the owner, Jason, ensuring that every single customer in that building is happy and taken care of, it does make you feel valued as a customer because he didn’t just pick and choose to come over and talk with one person he interacted with all of us and we found it special and refreshingly different. We enjoyed to see employees taking sincere pride in their place of work. We heard from multiple employees how happy they were to be working at Bianchi Honda and were all able to acknowledge that they know they are treated well and the dealership is set apart from others they had worked for. We had plenty other interactions with many of the staff and everyone was just fantastic.
