Mr. Reynolds was a joy to work with. I never felt like he was a "salesman" instead, was a partner in helping me replace my aging vehicle. We were able to joke about issues and find resolutions. At two previous dealers, you could tell, even though the sales guys were nice, they were under pressure to put me in a bad situation. Dylan was able to work with me and he must have a great relationship with his leaders as things worked out quite well. I'm tempted to email a copy of the invoice to the previous dealers along with my dissatisfaction with their lack of effort. As for Dylan and the team he works with. I'm quite happy.
