So far it has been a FANTASTIC experience with the 3 vehicles we bought from Bianchi Honda of Erie. Service department has been great as well the parts department. Cannot say enough about Henry Aldrete and Mike Clement, no way fit the mold of your typical car salesmen. They make you feel at ease and take the pressure out of buying a car. On top of that Mike is a real "HOOT" in a good way. Fun to talk to. Last person we dealt with was Dylan Reynolds. Dylan worked hard at getting the best deal for us since we missed out on a purchase on a vehicle we planned on buying. In the end got us a much better vehicle. Last but not least, is John Northrop of the finance department. This the part that can be the most stressful in the purchase of a vehicle. Once again not your what I call your typical stuff shirt financial man. Very down to earth and actually looks out for what is best for the customer. All three times got us great financing, FANTASTIC interest rates on the third purchase. Spends plenty of time explaining everything from the purchase to extended warranty coverage. John is a real down to earth guy compared to other finance people I have dealt with in the past at other dealerships. Some of those I dealt with in other dealerships, I call "shisters".
