Wonderful experience with Charlie Albanese. I came into the dealership to have a pre-lease end inspection. Charlie was able to put me in my new car the next day. He explained everything regar I came into the dealership to have a pre-lease end inspection. Charlie was able to put me in my new car the next day. He explained everything regarding options and did everything possible to ensure my happiness. He also told me to come back and he would help me with any features I didn't understand. I hope he's still there when my new lease ends. He was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. More

Walking into Bical AutoMall I was a little nervous considering this was my first time leasing a car on my own. But I was greeted by the amazing Delano Ashmeade and was suddenly feeling super excited considering this was my first time leasing a car on my own. He is someone that is willing to work with you and make sure you know everything you need to before going through with a big purchase like this and was completely understanding of the fact that I was needing to stay within my personal budget.
