The best dealership I went to bical for an oil change.. while waiting I spoke to Charlie Albanese about getting a new car.. Excellence with service Dept. I had an issue with the A/C on my new 2018 Chevy Equinox. Anthony Squeo the service manager got involved and took care of the matter personally. Outstanding Service team. Upon the second attempt to rectify an issue relating to a shudder in the engine bay,Marilyn called me to say that the manager Anthony drove the truck Upon the second attempt to rectify an issue relating to a shudder in the engine bay,Marilyn called me to say that the manager Anthony drove the truck and found the problem. Knowing my frustrations, they took every opportunity to correct the issue in time for me to be able to have the truck that evening and i was able to get to my weekend family trip. The Worse Dealership The worse Dealership i ever been to. The staff of the shop extra rude . I called few days before and say that my 2002 Gm car has engine issue can i br The worse Dealership i ever been to. The staff of the shop extra rude . I called few days before and say that my 2002 Gm car has engine issue can i bring it in and they said yes. When i go there they were yelling at me and told me to get my car out of their lot and they wont work on it since its too old and they dont have mechanic to work on it. They only take cars 2006 and up and maybe they can see my car in April. THE WORST DEALER EVER STAY AWAY!!!! More
