If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I suggest you go to Big Star Cadillac. I looked all over to get approved for a car and it was either more money down or I was turned down. This dealership took care of me in less than 36 Hours, Got me approved. My Mercedes looks soooo beautiful and was in great condition. I moved here from Chicago and Big Star was the first place I took my car for service. They were professional and friendly and I quickly became loyal to them. Albert Ramirez took time to make sure that my warranty covered the repair and ensured that I had a ride back to work. He called me that day to inform me that the parts were backordered and that he had a loaner for me. I won't take my car to no one else. More

I live in Plano but Big Star Cadillac had a few demo's on their lot that had significant discounts so I made an appointment to drive down 4 hours to view and purchase one of the vehicles but when I got to on their lot that had significant discounts so I made an appointment to drive down 4 hours to view and purchase one of the vehicles but when I got to the dealership I was met with high pressure tactics to buy a new vehicle that I specifically asked my sells person not to do more than once. I was never shown any of the demo's that I specifically drove down 4hrs to see. During the test drive my sales person talked about her personal life and not about the features on the vehicle. Although I went ahead and purchased the new vehicle, it was not the great experience I was expecting when purchasing my first Cadillac. However, I am now enjoying my New Cadillac. Thank you! More
