I went in and met with Cris Mascorro with whom I had text messaged about a 2020 Cadillac CT5 previously. We went for a test drive and I was totally sold on the vehicle. Victor Rivas is an excellent, professional, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable salesman, and he assisted me in a timely manner in getting the deal I needed to have my new XT6 SUV, which I love. Big Start is a great dealership, and I highly recommend it to anyone. My brother, my sister-in-law, and my sister all shop at Big Star for their vehicles. Everyone was very professional and courteous at Big Star. They treat their customers like a star. I met Lisa Velasco, who helps my brother, sister-in-law, and my sister. Lisa was very nice, professional, and courteous, too. I found out later that Lisa and I went to high school together. Iriam Diaz is a great, professional, and courteous Finance Manager. He did an awesome job handling my finance paperwork and helping me finalize the deal in a timely manner. The young lady who helped me with delivery was so awesome.
