How car buying should be From the start, speaking with Jimmy, the GM, over the phone I knew it was going to be a good experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the entire sta From the start, speaking with Jimmy, the GM, over the phone I knew it was going to be a good experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the entire staff. When I sat down with Lui I explained my past dealings with a competitor dealership, who had even went as far as to bad mouth Ron Carter so I wouldn't go there. He assured me he would do his best to make this a smooth and satisfactory experience. He didn't try to play any games with me, the price advertised was the price I paid which was a great deal. During my time there, Jimmy and Charlie came over and spoke with me and answered any questions I had. During the finance process, Kelly was knowledgeable in every aspect of the buying process and secured me a lower rate by calling a bank personally. In my honest opinion this should be the only place in Houston that anyone should ever buy a Cadillac or any car for that matter at. Out of the 12 dealerships I've dealt with over the past 15 years, this was the smoothest and easiest experience, thanks again guys. -Tom More

It seems like the others were either not interested in what I wanted o tried to sell me anything just to make a dollar, I don't buy a new auto every year, so when I do, it is important to me. Mark Mauricio made my wife and I very comfortable and at home. Mark took his time with us, we had a trial ride and mark was so knowledgeable of all the extras and their operations. weeks after our purchase we received a phone call from Mark to ensure we were satisfied and if we needed any other information. My wife has enjoyed her new Cadillac more then any other automobile she has had. My wife and I have already talked and we have decided that our next purchase will be a lot easier because we know exactly where to go, and who we can trust.
