I appreciated Lee, my advisor very much. I was very frustrated that my car broke down period after just recently purchasing it then to add to this it occurred on a Sunday when Service Dept w I was very frustrated that my car broke down period after just recently purchasing it then to add to this it occurred on a Sunday when Service Dept was closed AND one day before an international trip.
