Appointment with Arnaldo but he was busy when I got there. Ruben Garcia was assigned to assist me. He tried his best, I’d give him 4 stars. Amidst of the negotiation, Ruben asked Eric for help. Had I known I’d have given him 3 star and I am being generous. Trading my car was not a good experience. Your company offered 3,500 (as a favor to me, Eric raised the offer from 2500), and on the same day I brought my car to Car Max and sold it on the spot for 9000!! More

Sell went good the second round of the price war. Spent a lot of hours doing passwords and accounts that should have been done at the dealership. Took a week to get floor mats, cargo cover and wheel locks. Seems someone used them for another car. Came home and started buffing out scratches. More
