I left not happy with the purchase, not only I did not get the car I wanted but also not the monthly payment I mentioned to the sales associate, it's my fault for not having checked other dealership. The service was great however it's disappointing that I'm paying a monthly fee for the wrong car. I thought the car was to be delivered to me, the night that we purchase the car the lady told me that it would be delivered to me, then they told me that I had to pick it up. my mistake was that I should've checked with other dealer before choosing that one for the reviews it had. I went to other dealers near my area after my purchase just to find out that I could have the car I wanted with the monthly payment I wanted. I'm so disappointed but mostly in myself as I wanted a car asap to go to work. More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER ! !! Emphasizing that this is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with is an understatement. Long story short, I bought a 24 Palisade and after very stro !! Emphasizing that this is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with is an understatement. Long story short, I bought a 24 Palisade and after very strong negotiations, because they wanted to force 10k worth of nonsense on top of MSRP, I bought it at MRSP plus tax/title only. Its been two months and I'm yet to register that car, because they don't want to send the paperwork over for ridiculous reasons. I know for a fact management is making made it hard for me because they did not RIP me off like they do everyone else. Regardless, they have to send over that paperwork no matter what. I feel embarrassed for Mario and Valerie, sales reps, that they have to work for an establishment like this one. If you get anything from this measly review, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!! More
