Terrible experience, people that work in customer facing roles should actually like talking to customers. When you come to get your car serviced the odds are you are going to pay, typically a lot. The ser roles should actually like talking to customers. When you come to get your car serviced the odds are you are going to pay, typically a lot. The service tech should greet customers with a smile, act like they want to hep the customer, and above all be empathetic. Our tech looked like she hated being there, no smile, my wife and I said good morning, no good morning back and then proceeded to go about her job like a robot. We ended up taking our service to Sterling McAll Hyundai. The tech that helped us should be given a medal in customer service skill and Big Star should ask him to come do a training or their team. When we initially dropped the care off for assessment we received one phone call with an update the same day, we then attempted to use the text message system and call, leaving voicemails, and no one replied to us for 3 days. The excuse given was that she was off and the other gentleman we called was also off. No apology, no thinking that is a bad experience for customers, that they should be able to have some contact them about a vehicle repair. I good go on, but you get the gist. More
