Steffi Hernandez was great! ! The person I had an appointment with was not there. There was only 2 people for service and they were doing the best they could with the line that w ! As soon as I walked in I was helped but it was not the "service side" and was told I would have to wait on the other side of the room but he had time enough to talk to someone on the phone about how much a part would cost for his own personal vehicle. I get there might be a shortage of employees but why does that mean that customer service has to suffer. There was was 4 of us standing in line waiting for service. Why did he not take the time to sign someone in if his "side" wasn't busy? More

We had some recalls redone. They were taken care of however when we bought the vehicle there were some codes that needed to be reset but they were unable to fix that issue.
