Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.

Don did his best to get information about why my seatbelt on the drivers side will not pull out at different times so I can buckle it, he found no reason for the issue and got no help from Ford. I can't be the only one that is having that problem it has been reported over the years since I have had the Ford Edge. Now I am told that I can pay for a new seatbelt when it was reported at different times while under warranty and extended warranty. More

Please help me understand why it takes 2 hours to replace a tire? At one point of time I looked out the window and noticed 10 workers just standing around when they could have been helping the tire person. a a tire? At one point of time I looked out the window and noticed 10 workers just standing around when they could have been helping the tire person. and after the replaced the tire my truck stayed in the shop for another 20 without anyone working on it. I am still missing my valve stem covers from when I bought them. that time it took 3 hours to replace 4 tires. More
