Took my 2012 Ford Edge in to have the AC fixed, and after multiple trips they didn’t fix it. They kept the vehicle for 4-5 days for each attempt to fix it and could not provide a loaner vehicle, even after w multiple trips they didn’t fix it. They kept the vehicle for 4-5 days for each attempt to fix it and could not provide a loaner vehicle, even after we were told it would be “expedited.” Paid $500 for a “software update” that did absolutely nothing. Ended up trading it in for a new vehicle at FiveStar Ford. Bill Utter will never get my business again. More

Ask for Doyle, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible.
