Greg greeted me almost immediately upon my arrival. He said he'd call me when my service was completed and the parts would arrive in 3-5 days and he'd call me when they arrived. I couldn't have asked for better service. I bought both my F-150s from Bill Uttter starting in 2001 and my wife's Escape there in 2015. I purchased my 2020 Edge in McKinney (only because I knew the Fleet Mgr. there), but we have our Escape and Edge serviced by Bill Utter Ford. Thank you for great service over the years! More
