Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. Many of those customers became lifelong friends, and the business grew from one referral to another to serve generations. I had a terrible experience at another dealership so I was very impressed when I called and spoke to someone right away and got an appointment the next day. They didn’t have The parts for the recalls and was very impressed when I called and spoke to someone right away and got an appointment the next day. They didn’t have The parts for the recalls and told me the leak in my windshield wiper fluid container was not covered under warranty. However I got a call the next day that one of the parts came in and they could send someone over to repair it in my driveway. I am still waiting for the other part but at least something was done. I have still not heard anything from the other dealership so Bill Utter is a place I will be returning. More

We've also had to have some service on our other Ford at this dealership and they kept us in the loop regularly and did a fantastic job on the work. As long as we live in the DFW area and need a vehicle (or need our Ford vehicles serviced) we won't go anywhere else.
