I received a phone call from a guy I never heard of but carefully listened to him, His name was Bjorn! I had been in the market for a used Ford F150, but was having a difficult time due to my most recent b carefully listened to him, His name was Bjorn! I had been in the market for a used Ford F150, but was having a difficult time due to my most recent bankruptcy. Bjorn is one of those guys you will never forget, he made me feel like I was a priority! Getting me into a New or used truck was his mission, no matter what (he even offered to drive it down to me)! I took a Friday off from work me and a fellow Marine buddy took the long trek to Mt Vernon, WA. Once there I was informed that Bjorn was home ill but they were going to take care of me just like Bjorn had promised. The truck was in even better than condition than I expected and I was out of there driving south with a gigantic smile from one of the best/helpful dealers I have ever met. What a great feeling to know there are still some good people willing to take a risk and help someone like me (with once in a lifetime bad luck). We knew going tinto this purchase it would be a challenge to find what we wanted for the payment we could afford. Bjorn gave us plenty of time and we felt no pressure to buy anything at any time and he took time to call a few days later to see if we had bought a vehicle, thats when we knew this would be the dealership that would get our business. We did call around to our local dealers and they told us what vehicles we could get into and none of the units would suite our family. as they did not want to discount anything. Bjorn also did a great job no a expectional job at finding us 2010 Chevy Traverse with 33k miles still under warrenty, My wife and I did our homework that night on the Traverse and we could not find a reason not to buy it, the next morning we called into the dealership and closed on the Traverse, we would also like to mention that we live in Tri Cities, Wa. and Bjorn had Shelby deliver the Traverse the same day. Tal also did a good job by getting the numbers to work for us as well regarding financing, he kept it simple and didnt push any extra warrentys or anything we didnt need. Before this week, I would have said Customer Service no longer exists in the world of retail and repair. Blade Chevrolet changed everything on Monday. Tom Hummel fit me into his service schedule. Chris at the desk was incredibly accomodating to my family as my daughter was screaming while I attempted to check in my van for oil change and possible repair. When my ride failed to show up (daughter still screaming), Jo took us home in the courtesy car. Chris outfitted my two children with coloring books to look at on the way (only then did daughter stop the wailing). In all of that, I had given Chris the wrong key, so Jo came BACK to pick up my key! I have honestly not seen service like that since I was small and on a farm, where we all worked together to a common end. I was no money-maker for them that day, with just an oil change and an estimate for future repair. But they treated me like a million dollar customer. I really don't know how to thank them enough other than to write this review. More

After searching the internet and contacting many dealerships via email or phone for a Chevy Silverado, ext. cab, longbox, Blade Chevrolet's sales team responded quickest to my inquiries. I was impressed that whenever I called, they all helped me regardless of who I talked to initially with my questions. That's what I call true customer service and teamwork. It was obvious that the most important goal was to find us the truck we wanted. They worked with us to get the monthly payments we could live with. Honestly, it was the quickest, most hassle-free car sale my husband and I have experienced. We traveled an hour and 45 mins from our home, and left with the truck and hour and 15 mins later. 6 months aqo we responded to a flier to re-establish our credit after losing our business and home then filed bankruptsy, when we went in and talked to Tal he was like our best friend. We did NOT expect to credit after losing our business and home then filed bankruptsy, when we went in and talked to Tal he was like our best friend. We did NOT expect to drive away from there in a 2009 vehicle but we did. Tal said to make the payment on time for at least the next 6 months come back in and he would try to get us into a pickup which was more what we needed.
