Jesse Illig was excellent. Adding $500.00 last minute. paper processing fee to the sales profit was being geedy. Review of the work order when the car was serviced indicated t Adding $500.00 last minute. paper processing fee to the sales profit was being geedy. Review of the work order when the car was serviced indicated that the car was oil changed with the wrong grade of oil. Checking the oil level on the dip stick indicated that the engine had been overfilled with oil as well. I hope the manufacturer’s recommended oil filter was installed..
