Found the right car for me I needed a replacement car sooner than later. Four days later I couldn’t be happier with my 2016 Malibu which is now in my garage. The tech-support guys mainly Gary did an excellent job helping me understand the new Radio system and GPS. This is my 5th car from Bob Johnson and I don’t really see a need to go anywhere else. Excellent service department. More

Crazy wait I made an appointment for 7:30am to get an oil change. When I showed up there were @20 cars already in line and I was told it was first come first se I made an appointment for 7:30am to get an oil change. When I showed up there were @20 cars already in line and I was told it was first come first serve. I stated I had made an appointment and they said that didn’t matter. I was also told it would take an hour and I was there for 2 hours. Kept going back and checking and they said it would be another 5 minutes - it took an additional 45. Not thrilled. More
