JC had reached out me regarding New2022 Honda CRV Hybrid. I visited showroom and they had my credit history which was less and asked me to do the down payment of 9k but parallel they worked with other cus I visited showroom and they had my credit history which was less and asked me to do the down payment of 9k but parallel they worked with other customer and closed the deal. at least they have to wait for my loan approval/my decision. This is very very bad experience for me. I went with my wife and my small kid and expected to take the vehicle with me. Completely waste of my time. JC's manager Evan promised me that he is going to get a new car from another dealer soon but not sure how that will work. I will revert on this review if I get justification from them. More
