Very good buying experience I inquired online about an Odyssey that was in their inventory. I got an email response within a few hours letting me know that they are a one price, I inquired online about an Odyssey that was in their inventory. I got an email response within a few hours letting me know that they are a one price, one person dealership. Meaning the price shown is the price you pay and that one person will be your contact from the beginning of the process until you drive away in your new vehicle. No need to deal with the sales manager or finance department. They say one hour after you decide to buy a vehicle, you can be driving away in your new car. It was pretty close to that. Plus our daughter and grandkids were along and had no problem with waiting since their waiting area is fabulous. Video games and TVs as well as cookies and drinks were available to them. The 2018 Honda, Touring Pilot wasn't available in the color I wanted. Manny told us it was available in Seattle & he would drive up to get it himself. The very next day Manny drove up to get our car & we picked it up the next day. Manny was so kind, he even offered to pick us up from home.
