The experience has always been positive (once it was a little less but they handled it and rectified it flawlessly and professionally) and I've never thought about going anywhere else! I moved up here with a different car and when I was ready to "look" at getting a new one David was incredibly helpful and patient with all of my questions and hesitations. I walked out with a brand new car that I absolutely love and just traded it in for the same car but newer version and again David was patient and really listened/adhered to my needs. Freddy initially emailed me about the possibility of getting a new car, even lowered my payments! When I arrived at the dealership (initially only for an oil change) David was working with me but I really appreciated Freddy still coming out to meet me face to face and also checking in on the process. It's the little things :) More

David helped me find good deals, and save money with things he knew were unnecessary. He provided excellent customer service to my father and I. I felt like nothing was hidden from me, and David made sure to explain details to me carefully, as I was a first time car buyer. He took extra time at the very end of his work day, just to make sure I was all electronically set up with the car, and to answer any other questions I might have asked before I left the dealership. Salesperson great. Title department frustrating I originally was very satisfied with my purchase and the salesperson who assisted me. However, my opinion of the financial dept, title and registration department is quite different. It's been over 2 months and I have yet to receive my license plates. Called a couple weeks ago and they said it would be a week or so. Called today and they said they just processed paperwork today and will again be another week or two. Same story each time. Very frustrating. Feel like they have dropped the ball on this. Probably would now not recommend the dealership. More
