Awful Customer Service & Disconnected Employees This service department used to be great years ago and I was very impressed. But now customer service is absolutely lousy. Has been declining the past few years and now I will avoid this place at all costs! Came in and felt like I was inconveniencing them. There was a total disconnect between employees. I spoke to someone and made a warranty repair appointment with the service center on the phone. However, at my appointment another employee said he knew nothing about it and would not honor the warranty work previously agreed to. Blame-shifting and completely inconsiderate of the customers' time and money. No help whatsoever just a waste of time with this visit. More
