We recently found a car we were interested in via Autotrader.com and were led to Bob Rohrman Kia in Schaumburg. I’m so pleased that we were. Not only did they agree to hold the car for us (as we were Autotrader.com and were led to Bob Rohrman Kia in Schaumburg. I’m so pleased that we were. Not only did they agree to hold the car for us (as we were waiting to see if our car would be deemed totaled by our insurance company after an accident), but they were friendly, easy to deal with, and stood by the advertised price on Autotrader—to the penny. While another dealer we had visited prior to finding the Schaumburg car suddenly tacked on a $2000 “dealer markup” and told us that all the dealers were doing that, Bob Rohrman Kia explained that they don’t do that. We got the Kia Soul packed with features for just dollars more than the other dealer wanted for a basic with no features. Secondly, our salesperson, Aldo, was friendly and fun and he stayed past closing time to go over all the features with us. Although it took a while to complete the whole process because the finance guy was new to the place and had some technical issues, the people were all pleasant and the place was clean, bright, and well maintained. We returned a few days later with cookies for all and look forward to a long term relationship with this dealer when we take advantage of the great warranty as well as their promise of free oil changes for a year. We are very pleased and would recommend this dealership and Kia to all who ask. More

I realized, because of the relative uniqueness of my Soul EV that this was going to be a big job. And one more big thank you to Isaac Hidder for getting this over the finish line. The battery charges to original levels and since I bought the car used, it's better than it ever was since I've owned it. More
