At the end of the year inventory is slim but that's when I was shopping for a SUV. I knew what I wanted and the color and had my mind set on it. I knew it was going to be a challenge. Mark Kofskie and his manager Brad could have let me walk away but they did not give up. They looked high and low for a Platinum Ford Edge with the 302A plan in magnetic. They finally found the exact car I wanted and closed the sale by year end. Mark was very transparent with pricing, rebate offers and always kept in touch with me throughout the process of the car hunt. If it wasn't for his professionalism, patience and friendliness I probably would have walked away and bought a different brand of car. As many calls as he received from me, he never was irritated or showed any signs of frustrations. He became a team player to find me an Edge. Once I purchased the car, the finance experience was just as good. All options were explained and the process was painless. Overall the customer service was top notch. Mark worked hard for this sale....really hard but never gave up until I was happy. I would highly recommend him and this dealership. He is thorough with his work and good at his job. I have had my edge titanium for a week and still can't believe it is mine! It is solid and beautiful engineering. The 302A package was worth the extra cost. More

Far exceeded my expectations I just bought a brand new Ford Expedition. I found the car online and was afraid that what was advertised online might not match up with what I would I just bought a brand new Ford Expedition. Many of the online prices at other dealerships were contingent on rebates that not everyone can get. I was able to get the price that was advertised. My salesman was Steve Nodiff. He was outstanding. I felt like he was very honest fair and knowledgeable. I live four hours from the dealership and was impressed with how smoothly everything went. Steve took care of all the details and made things go easily. There were no surprises and I really appreciated that. Everyone that I came in contact with at Bommarito Ford was friendly and helpful. Great experience. Four years ago I bought a Nissan Maxima from Bommarito Nissan and had a similar experience. I have always dreaded buying cars but my experiences with Bommarito is making it easy. I came to the dealership after doing some research online about the car I wanted and then found out they sold it on Saturday. They let me test drive a similar version of the same car and after I made my decision to purchase it they were able to get me the car from another dealer the next day. Highly recommend. Couldn't have asked for a nicer sales team, plus they walked me through all the features of my new Ford Edge so I didn't have to fumble through it myself :) More
