Great salesman/CHEAP USED CAR MGR. Your used car mgr knew that he was getting a good used van. Yes, it had 169,700 miles on it, but Honda is supposed to be a dependable vehicle w/ good Your used car mgr knew that he was getting a good used van. Yes, it had 169,700 miles on it, but Honda is supposed to be a dependable vehicle w/ good re-sale. I put new shocks on it in Jan., 2019 at a cost over $500; new battery and Michelin tires in Oct., 2018, over $600+. We were treated cheaply; We were given 2 K and I know it sold in about a wk advertised at $6349 on the internet. There were 3 or 4 similar odysseys of about the same age and mileage and I know ours sold first, w/ nothing done to it. Hood chips were not taken care of, etc. I am really disappointed by the cheapness of the used car mgr.. Yes, I understand the economics of overhead and commissions. I wish I had asked to speak directly w/ the used car mgr!. How do I know that the salesman even went back to him, as we dickered on the trade in value of our '08 Odyssey? Your guy must really want to low ball people just to make himself look good! I should have asked for a little more just for customer loyalty. I feel like the 10 yrs of loyal customer service w/ Bommarito Honda meant nothing. I had sold all 3 of our previous vans (Dodge grand caravans) myself, having taken good care of them. One lady made a comment that our van looked like brand new inside. I would not have sold junk/poorly cared for vans. As Jeff could attest to, he could see that my husband was not very well. I could not even have my husband change the license plates-last time he tried that, he fell backwards, hit his head and went to the ER. So I guess, guys, I was at your mercy on that one. Again, Jeff showed his salesman experience. Shame on the used car mgr. Was he too busy and in a hurry? A call back would be nice! More

If you know what you're looking for and contact them ahead of time, they will prepare everything so that you are able to make your purchase in a timely manner. Having provided a proper heads up about exactly which vehicle I was interested in, I was able to get in and out in under half an hour with all proper preparations done in advance. The best experience at Bommarito Honda comes when you know exactly what you are looking for, but if you don't, then the salespeople are knowledgeable about their products and if you can indicate exactly what you are interested in, they will have multiple options available to you and most importantly, they will not pressure you into choosing a vehicle and will allow the customer all control in making a choice. And while this is a Honda dealership and they will always indicate they believe a Honda to be the best choice, they do not pressure you into selecting a Honda and are willing to assist you find a vehicle of a different make. As mentioned previously, this was my 2nd purchase at this store and while the amicable nature of the staff is greatly appreciated, what sets Bommarito Honda apart is the combination of efficiency and fairness which ensures as little time is wasted as possible while giving the customer full control. My car shopping experience has not always been pleasant but it has both times I made a purchase at this location. I cannot recommend them enough for any purchase. Special mention to Kevin Hall in sales who goes above and beyond what is required of a salesman. If you want the best experience, I recommend you ask for him. More

A little less than a year ago (yeah, I came back to write a review because they're great!) I purchased a new car from Bommarito Honda with Randy and Michael's help, after my previous car was totaled! Both were very helpful and were more than happy to work with my budget. Very clear when explaining offerings and terms to me. Randy was very straightforward and did his best to make sure I was happy with my car, and I felt reassured that my car was covered with extra warranty at a highly reasonable cost after working with Michael. 5/5. They made a potentially stressful buying experience, not stressful - dare I say fun? And there's ice cream. Thank you! More
