He did not want me to settle for anything less than what I wanted and delivered. Todd was patient and professional throughout our multiple test drives and never once made me feel rushed or pressured, and that was before he knew he'd made the sale. Todd had the answer to almost every question I asked about the vehicle, and quickly got the answer when he was unsure. Once we started the paperwork, he did not fall short of the impression he quickly made on me, he answered every call and text, even offered to pick me up on the night I was to pick up my new vehicle (20 minutes away). Not only did Mike listen to my needs, but he provided useful information to guide my purchase as a first time leasee. Mike's assistant Josh also helped tremendously throughout the day and was able to save my family a ton of money on our insurance! Who doesn't love that!? After we left Bonneville and Son that day, I encountered a few issues getting my car registered in Massachusetts but the entire Bonneville team helped me through the process every step of the way.
