The way buying a car should be! Like many I dreaded having to shop for a car. I knew exactly what I wanted. Bonneville was my 1'st stop. I started online and put in what I was looking for. I received a call from Jay Belmore within 1\2 hour. I went over what I wanted and Jay took it all down and asked if I could give him a little time to see what he could put together. Again within 1/2 hour he texted me what he could do alog with a couple pictures. I set up a time to go in and see him. When I got there the deal he texted me was the same as he laid out when I got there. There was NO playing with numbers or the typical running back and forth to his manager. He treated me and my partner with respect and was extremely informative on the product line. This was the first place and person I started with. Jay is the exact type of person I wanted to deal with when buying a car. He was up front, honest & friendly. So this was the end of my dreaded car shopping experience. We drove home in our brand new Dodge Ram 1500! This is the way buying a car should be. Thanks Jay for being the type of salesman I didn't think existed. Ill be back in 3 yrs for my next new one!! Very helpful and explained each step in the process, and understood when I declined his offer for a trade in and got a better deal on it elsewhere. Smooth process to complete all the paperwork and drive the truck home very quickly. My only gripe is probably not relevant to many others since my purchase had to be made with a factory order and wasn’t available on the lot; they have limited space for vehicles, as well as liability overhead for vehicles they hold on to. As such, when my vehicle arrived quicker then I expected, they were in a bit of a rush to get me to pick it up and drive it home. I do understand the situation, but I got near daily messages asking me when I was getting the truck (I had trouble arranging the sale of my previous vehicle and it took a few days), so I did deduct a star from my rating for that. It will not affect anyone not making a factory order, but it is something to keep in mind. More

SHEER TERROR RESULTING IN A COOKIE AND TRUST!!! Sheer terror is what I feel when I need to go car shopping. So many choices and so much "suspect". He worked with me on a price that would meet my budget offering me multiple options and taking the time to understand the risks and rewards of each one. He greeted me by sharing a cookie and we ended the transaction with a really nice hug! Anxious to drive a much nicer car than I thought I could afford!
