After doing some research and getting some referrals I ended up here at bonneville and son. I set up an appointment through email. I found out later that the person I coresponded with over email was not a on-site employee and the receptionist had no idea who I was looking for when I mentioned her name. So that was a little odd and why they only get 4 stars from me. After that I worked with Brandi. She was fantastic! Easy going, no pressure, calm atmosphere. She was very friendly and personal. I felt like she was on my side then decided what vehicle and negotiating prices. The management team was very friendly and very open about pricing and wanted to do whatever they could to make things work for me and my family. When we came back to close the deal, the financial manager was also very happy, friendly, easy going and knowledgeable. He did his best to get us the best option. All in all, I enjoyed my first ever dealerships experience and will go back next time I'm looking for a vehicle. More

Bonneville had the other dealers bested in every way. From the building itself, cleanliness, the work put into finding the right truck for me, and most importantly the numbers in the end beat any other offer I came across. The salesman who assisted me, Todd Oswald, went out of his way, literally. Did searches and locates on about 6 different trucks until he found one that worked. Most salesman would have given up on attempt number 2. Highly recommend Bonneville sales department to anyone who is interested in a Chrysler product, and ask for Todd Oswald! More
